I used my Butterfly Thinlits dies to make this stamp, By die cutting 2 layers of fun foam and gluing them together with Tombow glue. It's a stamp I can use over and over again. The sentiment is from the Cottage Greetings stamp set. All Stampin Up!.
This card was made using several techniques. I started by embossing a layer of Very Vanilla cardstock usingthe Brickwall embossing folder and then sponged it using mostly Cajun Craze and some Tip Top Toupe. Using verious images from the from the Butterfly Basics stamp set, I created some "conscious clutter" in the background. I then fussy cut the flower image and used my oval thinlits dies to make the frame. The sentiment is from the Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set. I layered all these together on a sponged very vanilla piece and then layered that onto a Mosśy Meadow card base. All products are Stampin' Up!.
As you may know, it's easier to die cut your card stock if you put a piece of wax paper between.
So I saved the wax cutout and ironed it on to some Very Vanilla card stock and sponged over using Pistachio Pudding ink. The wax from the cutout gets heated onto the card stock and forms a resist so the ink doesn't stay on the paper. You can see the video HERE
